How do I retrieve FS Legacy File Sources detail to use for research?

I have run into unknown descendants of my line. They have not used FS but when they do, they see the Sources for the Family File are Legacy Files. They are not confident to trust this non-detailed Source. Is it possible to retrieve the Legacy detail for their records and/or research?

Thank you for your question about the Legacy Files. Here is a knowledge article that might help you with this question:

    https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/migration-of-nfs-legacy-sources-from-new-familysearch

If you follow the reference of the source to Ancestral File or the Pedigree Resource File submissions many times they have the orginal source attached.
