I can go back 4 pages to see the city and date but it is not on the page I am actually indexing. Should I add it though? Thanks.

Please follow the How to Index examples and the Field Help. If the Directory place is not written on the document, mark the field <blank>. Do not use a place cited in an advertisement.

There is nothing in the Project Instructions or Field Helps which suggests that we use the reference images for the Directory place. Please have the patron mark this field <blank> on this image.

    Thank you for your question.
