indexing a project, when i try get a new batch to index tells me i don't have the rights to view it

I've been indexing a project and have done quite a few batches, when i try get a new batch from this project it tells me, this batch cannot be opened. It is possible that this batch no longer exists or you do not have rights to view it. Please find another batch to work on.

why have i been blocked from viewing this project?
