Unable to Merge Duplicate Individual

Hi:

Having difficulty in merging duplicate entries for my spouse.

I created her profile and that registered as GZRQ-26H

She accidently created her own profile: G892-HQY

I have been unable to merge the two entries, also when we try to enter my profile (GZ5W-57N) as Lesley's husband, on her computer, it is disallowed.

Thank you.

It appears you are trying to merge records for living person. Please click on the following hyperlink and it will explain that since these are private spaces Family Tree does not permit this function.
