I'm reviewing a city directory (probably New York City). I have a list of Hotels.

I know Hotel Bartholdi is named after the sculptor of the Statue of Liberty, not an individual name in the directory. Do I delete all these indexed records as not individual names?

I would delete those records. For example, The Endicott never had anyone named Endicott involved in the hotel. Bartholdi has no family connection with the hotel. I have people in my tree named Devonshire, but, truly I do not need to find a record about The Devonshire, which apparently has no connections to Devonshires.
