Tagging in not working in my account.

Tagging photos in memories in not functioning, it will not bring up a box to add a name. I just finished a team viewer session with a missionary. This is working in his account and he could not get it working in my account. Can someone help me?

    We would be happy to help you. Let's start with some basics.

    Are you on a computer or mobile device.?

    If on a computer, what kind of computer?

    What browser are you using? is it up to date and has had the cookies (temporary internet files) cleaned out recently?

    Have you tired a different browser?

    If on a mobile device, are you using the Family search App or are you accessing Family Search by using a browser. If a browser, the same questions, as listed above still apply.

    If using an app, are you having any other problems with interacting with Family Search?

    Do you have the latest version of the Family Search App?

    If this is not helpful may we suggest the following.

    You may not be familiar with the Help center.

    At the top of any page on FamilySearch.org, click the Help icon (the small circle with the question mark inside of it).

    1. A drop-down menu appears. Click the option that you think is most relevant.
    • Getting Started teaches you basic concepts for using the website and provides you with information in case you'd like to talk to someone in person about any questions you may have.
    • Help Center brings you to the Help Center home page, where you can search all resources or browse by topic.
    • Contact Us offers a variety of ways to reach FamilySearch Support.
    • Community brings you to a place where you can collaborate with others who have similar interests in the challenging but rewarding work of genealogy. You can browse or ask or answer questions. You can also find and join groups on specific subjects.
    • Research Wiki allows you to search through the compiled resources of the FamilySearch Research Wiki.
    • Helper Resources links you to the Planner and other resources that you can use to help others with their family history.
    • How do I change my username and password?

    Thank you lstolk36. I have tried those options and worked with someone from the "contact us", but it still does not work.

    I have discovered that if I right click the face on the photo and click inspect, I can then left click and get the tag box to appear.

    NidaFL thank you for your response. I have found that it is something about my computer, probably. I have not yet tried another computer to check. I can use my tablet to tag photos with both the APP and chrome browser. Non of my browsers (internet explorer, chrome, Microsoft edge) on my computer will work. All the cookies, etc have been cleaned out. My computer is an HP.

    I did discover that if I right click the photo and select inspect, I can then left click the photo and tag it.
