I am reviewing Wisconsin death records. A record has "twins of (name of father)" in the deceased person field. Should this be indexed as two records?

Thank you for Indexing. It would be most helpful if a Batch Number could be provided. Instructions may very from Batch to Batch as to how to Index "twins"
