How do I stop another user from deleting family members from family tree, who had sources attached?

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Short Answer:
'No', technically there is no way to STOP another User/Patron working along the SAME 'Ancestral" Lines.
But ...
That Said ...
Do not disappear ...
There are some, actions that one can take; and, options available ...
I know you were bombarded with "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch'; but, here is another that somewhat addresses your 'Question':
How can I prevent other people from making inaccurate changes to Family Tree?
Now ...
After that ...
As you can 'see', "Collaboration" needs to be undertaken.
But, when "Collaboration" FAILS; and, provided that there is NO "Abuse" ...
The PREVIOUSLY mentioned "Knowledge Article" in 'FamilySearch' of:
How do I report changes or problems made by other contributors?
comes to the fore ...
In particularly, the last sentence in that "Knowledge Article"; which, is very IMPORTANT:
Quote
------------------
If you have questions regarding inadvertent, suspicious or potentially malicious errors in records that you are unable to resolve per the instructions above, contact FamilySearch Support.

Now ...
All that Said ...
IF, you have undertaken "Collaboration" with the particular User/Patron in question, causing concern; and, that "Collaboration" has FAILED; and, provided that there is NO "Abuse"; THEN, advise of such in HERE in THIS post of yours; and, HOPEFULLY, the "Moderators" [ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel)] HERE in this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, can TAKE this MATTER directly into the workings of 'FamilySearch' "Support", to help/assist you (BEFORE, other 'well meaning' Users/Patrons get involved).
You are not alone ...
Most of us have ... been then ... done that ... still do.
Good Luck
I hope this helps.

We are sorry that you are experiencing this difficult problem.
Only the person that creates the record has the right to delete that record, however changes can be made by merging records that may seem like the record is deleted.
First, we suggest that you try to communicate with this individual through messaging. Find out how you are related to these individuals and each other.
Next, the following article may give you ideas to work with others in the family tree.
The goal of Family Tree is to help bring families together by creating the best-sourced, public genealogical Family Tree in the world. This requires a lot of collaboration and, as a result, means dealing with a lot of errors.
It is helpful if discussions and notes are added to individual record Pages.
It is advisable to keep your private tree on separate software. Many software companies give free access to their product for limited tree storage and many are partners with Family Search. See the Solutions Gallery.
We hope that this information is helpful. Best wishes.

Thank you, I appreciate all the info you provided. But, it doesn't address the issue, I guess due to my poor wording? I didn't mean the person was deleted from the site, but they were deleted from the tree. In building my tree, I added family members as they were found/suggested by the site. I verified all that I added. Then when I came back to my family tree today, I find that an entire lineage was gone, because a user decided to delete the "wife" and all the "children" of a couple. This is not the first time a user has deleted something that they did NOT create. I know you said only the person who adds something can delete it, but that's not true. I've had this happen in past with another relative.

If you share the PID we can take a look.

I don't know what a "PID" is but the URL to the person (Abraham Ziegler KL6F-WM4), who's spouse was deleted is - https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/changelog/KL6F-WM4 The children have been restored. The wife, Barbara Hoschaar Ziegler, KL6F-3Y4 (is that the PID?) has been deleted, even though this site had sources attached, showing she was married to Abraham Ziegler. I am a direct descendent of Abraham Ziegler. I do not know who the man is that deleted all the connections and he has not responded back to my message.
Thank you for offering your help. I await your reply.

Yes, PID is person identifier, eg KL6F-WM4 for Abraham Ziegler.
Her relationship to her husband and children was deleted. Her PID was not. The correction was simply to paste her PID into the space left open for her in her family.

I would check out another ID for a George Adam Zielger, MMHK-M7V. and compare this with the record of L1GG-HN9. I was thinking of adding Christine Barbara Ziegler as a daughter to L1GG-HN9, then found she already existed in Family Tree, as a daughter of MMHK-M7V. George is named as her father in her marriage source, but the record is currently attached to the "other" George.
