    Hello, @GneitingPrudenceField1.

Are you asking FamilySearch to locate the missing original baptism and confirmation dates for William Pinnock? We just want to make sure that we understand your question correctly.

There is a record that looks to be him, despite the difference in birth date and the two opinions about his mother's maiden name on whatever this was transcribed from in the Early Church Information File: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G97B-SC3K?i=4445&cc=2078505&personaUrl=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3A7HLK-DNW2

If Support agrees this is him, they may consider this sufficient documentation to put the ordinance dates on his Family Tree record. But there may very well be another record for him in Family Tree that already contains these dates. Try searching for him in Family Tree using the information on the card and if you can find that record, merge it in.

I should mention that the Church has some pretty strict guidelines as to sufficient documentation for ordinance dates, that is, what can be used besides the official record. For some early baptisms, there just is no record. They do tend to accept journal entries, by family or missionaries, written at the time of the event. So this image of a card transcribed from some other record may just be your starting point for tracing back to acceptable documentation.

You may find some helpful information and links to resources for finding documentation here:https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Tracing_Latter-day_Saint_Ancestors
