I am indexing marriages. The entry is for 40 but the file I started with has only 2 entries. How do I move to a new page with more entries so I can continue indexing?

You don't need to index anything except what is on your image 1 of 1 (2 entries).
You need to delete the unused entries so you can submit the batch. Click on the trash can icon, select "all blank entries", click delete.
