I cannot tell if this record is a burial or baptismal record. The first seems to be the baptism or the burial record and the last date maybe the birth date.

They are baptism records-
Columns:
Date of baptism name of child- names of parents- surname of parents-place of residence-date of birth
If there is no year of birth: mark it blank-The researcher will find the person by their names they will make conclusion about dates.
