Would you be interested in making available a history tour feature in FamilySearch Memories?
I'd like to share an idea for creating an individual or group family history site tour. I found the free travel itinerary planning app, Wanderlog, in the Play Store and recognized that it had the features I needed to guide my family in a local family history site-visiting tour. A marker for each place entered (if using extant addresses) identifies each entry and shows up on the accompanying Google Map. You can enter one identifier photo per entry, enter text to tell your stories, and link to Internet sources such as Youtube videos (family movie clips, interview excerpts, Powerpoints saved as mp4 files) and informational websites. A feature like this would be very popular on Memories. I do need to find a way to save the tours for offline use.
If you are interested, you are welcome to check out the two tours I prepared for my family, one representing my line and the other my husband's:

As I was creating my tours, the developer of Wanderlog contacted me by email and offered to answer questions, etc. so I assume the app is relatively new. I wonder if he would be interested in selling rights to his app to the church?
Sincerely,

Sounds like you have found a very interesting new app. To make suggestions for enhancements to FamilySearch, you need to use the Ideas area of the Community. You will find a link on the menu bar on the left-hand side of the page. Here is some information on the purpose of the Ideas area of the Community:
