I took a look at the memory that @Miss Jessie posted the link for. I can see that there are two stories, but one is only a message that the item could not be loaded. The other item is a partial history, which ends with the incomplete sentence: "In 1918 Francis William. . ."

When you enter stories you have to be aware of the time restraints as the system times out after an hour. It's best to write the story to a Word Document and then copy and paste into the story feature in Memories. It appears that you wrote this story in 2017. You will need to go back to your original records and see if you can finish the story. As the contributor, you should be able to edit the story in Family Tree:

From the Person page

1. Sign in to FamilySearch and navigate to the Person page of the individual.
2. Click Memories.
3. In the Stories section, click the story you want to edit.
4. Above the title, click Edit Story.
5. Make your changes and click Save Story.

Also, you should delete the story that just says: The Full story cannot be loaded. Please check your connection, and try again.

You may also want to check in your Gallery to see if perhaps the rest of your grandmother's story is there and has just not been tagged to her person page.
