Where are my past cases??
FamilySearch has done some updates to their page and I can not find my past cases? I also can not find my current Q&A discussions from just "me". I have no way of referencing past communication, i.e. when did I send something, what did I say, did I add the PIDs, etc.
Additionally, with the new updates, I am receiving NO generated email that it has even been received! I have sent Q&As and have heard NOTHING/NADA ~ have they been received, have they been rerouted, have they gone into limbo?? I am not happy with these issues. I need to be self-aware of the when and what of my communication so I can stay on top of what has or hasn't been remedied.
For prime example - I am sending this Q&A and how will I get an answer? Where are these Q&As going?

Pamela, if you use the Bookmark feature, you will be notified via email whenever there is a comment or answer to your post. You can see all your bookmarked items in My Feeds (left side panel).
Also, here is a link to some guidelines about getting around the Community:
Hoping this helps you as we transition to this new support system.

Thank you MNuttall, I am receiving emails when there is a reply back. However, I have no way to see any of my past cases (before this FS program update), nor am I able to see any of the Q&As I have sent. I do not always want to communicate with the entire "community" either, so I have a few things I would like to see some fine tuning.

Right -- My Cases is gone.
There are certainly a number of program issues that are being fine-tuned. But, rest assured, things will work out and we will be able to adapt to the changes with some patience and work. I've been "doing" family history for over 50 years and have gone from researching in dusty archives, mailing letters to individuals and government entities and hoping to get some kind of reply after weeks and weeks, as well as paying for subscriptions to other genealogical websites in order to access their databases. The various advances in technology have "spoiled" many of us -- but -- there is no better place than FamilySearch to research and maintain that research as we assemble our family tree and preserve the memories of our ancestors.
Best wishes!

Your insight is excellent!! You sound like you have been going as long as my mother, but you definitely have a more positive attitude!
Patience is definitely the key, and we are also definitely spoiled! I can remember the many microfilms and books my mother would order hoping to find information. Each year she would travel up to SLC to spend several days staring into the microfilm/microfiche machines. FamilySearch is the best and I know it will all work out . .. life is all about adapting and doing it with finesse : )
Thank you for your perspective XX
