Need replacement for a MX511dhe

I have an MX511dhe with a Firmware Error 900.00 and it is out of warranty and needs replacement. This is for the Bristol Va FHC in the Kingsport TN Stake.

    If you go to the Tech Support Group,

    https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/76-family-history-center-technical-support-north-america

    And then to the Articles and Tools spreadsheet, Click on Family History Center Forms, then on line 77 open Family History Computer Hardware and Software Order. Print the form and follow the instructions
