Dealing with a number of READ ONLY PID. I can not edit, I have to be able to contact historians office directly to attach documents to their PID.

If you place a post in the Temple section of Q and A, with basic information of what your issue is, you will be contacted privately by someone that can assist to resolve the issue. These cases are dealt with as quickly as possible but please bear in mind that we are all new to this but you will not be forgotten and your issue will be addressed

Are you sure the best post is to TEMPLE? Authority to attach original 1840's documents to read only PID only comes from Historical Dept.

If temple gets attention better than MEMORY tab I'll use temple

p.s. DARK grey on DARK charcoal grey background very hard to see. I had to mouse over select the entire grey box to see the two links in blue select field.

OK here is the PHONE # (866) 406-1830

    1. set the browser on the Q & A page with the request question.
    2. Call the phone number (press 1 for English...)
    3. Describe what the title of the question is and WHICH area it is posted (temple, memories, etc.)
    4. When they find it ASK if THEY will "escalate". The private info will already be attached by the system in behalf of whoever is signed in. You never have to post PII info to the question page.
