The deceased child's name is written with first and last name (Eva Kulinski), but the father's name was written--Anton "

Do I type in the last name of "Kulinski" as the father's name or leave it blank?

Thanks.

    Hello Dodie,

From what I am seeing in the image it looks like ditto marks after the father and the mother's name but you can be the judge of that. As it is stated in the General Indexing Guidelines, you can use the child's surname for the parens because of the ditto marks.

    Hope this helps!

I agree that there are ditto marks and the surname for the father and mother would be the same as the child.
