How to know if the record is a marriage record?

I have a couple of batches that have the girls name and her parents names, but then right under it either has the initial S or the initial LF and then another couples names. It doesnt have a grooms name next to the parents though. Please let me know if you know what the initials stand for.

Thanks!

Please share your batch here so someone can see just what you are asking about.
