Read only file
I have lots of pictures that belong on three of my ancestors that are read only people. I would like to add them to their pages. Is there a way to submit the pictures and have someone else add? Could I get a call and someone can monitor me adding them. Also, on one of the ancestors the picture is wrong. So I would like to remove it.

Hi @Elna Austin Linford Clark. We understand you are interested in adding photos of individuals who are marked as Read-Only in Family Tree.
To try to help you, I will send you a private message to get some additional information since you did not provide the names and the PID numbers for the three individuals who show as Read-Only in Family Tree.
In response to your question, we don't call you and monitor your ability to work with these records, but we can send additional information to the department that is authorized to make decisions about what is added to the Read-Only records that are part of Family Tree. I will escalate your post to the department that can do some investigation, and your post will no longer show in the "Other" category as a result. Please don't be alarmed when you see the word "closed" after your post has been moved since you will be contacted privately as we gather information to investigate your concern. "Closed" simply means that your post will no longer show in the public "other" category because we will be working on your concern.
