When I load a multipage PDF file, when I click on it a blank screen shows

I loaded a multipage PDF file biography with pictures to Lynn W. Sargent 30 December 1940 – 6 May 2021 • G7SW-CW7. THe first page shows up on memories but when I click on it the result is bank.

I looked at this memory and it appears to display fine for me in chrome. As a previous commenter stated it can depend on your browser and how the options are specified in the browser. Downloading is one way to make sure the PDF can be completely viewed.

Viewing PDFs is dependent in part on the browser & pdf viewer on the user’s device. The pdf may be viewed by downloading to your computer.

Were you aware of the file size limitation of 15 Mb for PDF files? Perhaps the particular PDF document you tried to upload was greater in size than this limit?

We see all 19 pages of the PDF for Lynn W. Sargent. We were using Window 10 and Firefox, version 89.0.2

I am able to see, as other do, the full 19 page biography for Lynn W. Sargent. I am not sure of the complete answer to this issue of not being able to see the PDF, but do advise the simple computer maintenance of making sure all your browsers are of the latest version and also making sure your computer operating system is as up to date as possible (21H1 is the latest version).
