Can't log in to Administrator user
What can we do to access the administrator user? our old password isn't working.. we can't contact the global as well.

We understand that you are experiencing an issue logging into the 'system'
A suggestion: Please check Caps Lock (as this can sometimes be an issue) as you cannot see the entry directly. Passwords are case sensitive and this can be an issue at times.
Would you be willing to provide more details.e.g Is this a computer at a FHC?
Location and country etc.

Dear genbug08
Out of interest to follow-up a tad on this questions and see how it may be resolved. I have tried searching several ways to locate the discussion as you have suggested via the Search function for about twenty minutes without avail.
However, there does not appear to be an ElderArnett in the filter for author, or a sure way to locate that entry from the search you have suggested. I may be totally wrong here, no result so far. Happy to learn though.
Would you be willing to elaborate your suggestion in order that I can learn about this request too?
