Please move issues with individual temple ordinances to private

I realize that we are streamlining services by moving what used to be individual cases to the Q&A temple forum; however, I believe we need a private way to ask for help with some issues. Temple ordinance issues would be one of those.
I, for one, will use the 800 help number before I will post a request for help on a forum for something that I believe should be private. Surely there is a way to let people fill out a form with their issue and have the database of submissions worked by a team in a private manner.
Thanks in advance for considering!

'Yes', I totally agree.
The "Send a [ PRIVATE ] Message" feature/facility/function; whereby, one (Automatically) "Created" a 'FamilySearch' "Support" Case, that went DIRECTLY (and, most importantly, PRIVATELY to 'FamilySearch' "Support", that was PREVIOSULY available in the OLD "Contact Us", is sorely MISSING from the NEW "Contact Us".
As an aside ...
I simply DO NOT even want to make ANY of MY Cases "Public"; let alone. those relating to "Temple" Work.
As such ...
I consider, a very DISAPPOINTING, 'Design"; and, "Development", to EXCLUDE the ability to "Send a [ PRIVATE ] Message" feature/facility/function; whereby, one (Automatically) "Created" a 'FamilySearch' "Support" Case, that went DIRECTLY (and, most importantly, PRIVATELY to 'FamilySearch' "Support".
Just my thoughts.

The current process is to use Q & A under temple and enter your general information. A support person will eventually contact you by private message to obtain the sensitive information which should not be in released to the public. calling on the phone should only get you the suggestion above. There is no database of submissions except for the individual Q & A submissions so any alternative's will not work. This is the procedure and if the submitters do not include private information there should not be an issue with privacy.

This assumes that people know not to include sensitive information and know that someone will reach out to them for more information.
Frankly, users are doing well just to find the right place to post it in this community. Not a user-friendly experience yet. Lack of point-of-use guides makes this even more difficult.
