Hello, I am indexing some UK Cambridgeshire burial records at the moment. To give you an idea - Batch ID MSD1-WYK, Image name-007562697. As far as I can tell there is no year or Parish name visible but someone has previously indexed this batch stating the Parish of Bottisham and the year 1620. Where are they finding these

facts ? I am finding this quite often and think it must be me missing something but it's not. Are they going onto another page somewhere or have they got it wrong ?

Are they seeing something that I am not ? answers please. Thank you, Jean.

The Reference Image feature is not available for anyone looking at a shared batch, so I can't look back a bit on the film that way. Another possibility is another indexer looked up the film using the Image name and the advanced search feature at familysearch.org.

However, the directions don't tell us to do either of these things for those fields. I believe we should just type what we see on the image.
