Indexing documents not in current project?

Hello,

I've found some documents relevant to my family tree and I would like to index it, maybe insert somewhere the full transcription.

Because that documents are not part of a project, what I can do? Can I only add it as source without any indexing?

Regards

That's correct - at this time you can only add it as a source.

    Thank you.

I'm new so I didn't know if I was right, or there was an option that I was not aware of.

It would have been wonderful if I could have added indexing of the relevant documents that I found, and to any other that I had to to study to find the right one. Maybe in the future familysearch will add this feature, who knows...
