When a record says "Dismissed from" or "Removed to" what does that mean?

UK, England, Lancashire—Nonconformist Church Records, 1647–1996 [Part B][MSK7-J17] and UK, England, Lancashire—Nonconformist Church Records, 1647–1996 [Part B] [MSK7-J17] What type of records are these? What does it mean to be "Dismissed" or "Removed"? These are both found in the baptism, Marriage, burial records. I am unsure if it is a marriage record, burial record or a move from parish record.

It probably has to do with moving and the church membership being transferred. But since they are not the type of records we are asked to index, you will skip them. If the entire image has nothing but this sort of record, then mark it No Extractable Data in step 1.
