110 year rule

I am trying to finish up a group sheet in which 4 out of the 5 children are sealed to their parents. The parents are Joseph Ayr(e) Jr. KL7X-K86 and Mary Elizabeth CONNIE 2W7N-VP2. The son William James Ayr(e) LNPD-LWD born in 1917 in Partick, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Scotland, indicates that I need permission to have this work done. I have a problem in that I am in the United States, and any descendants are in Scotland or England. I do not know any of this family. We have lost touch. I do not know who did the work for the rest of the children or the parents. I would like to finish up this sheet if possible. Please advise. Thank you.
