Looking for a copy of a microfilm
Hi everyone! I am looking for the digitized copy of a Jewish record microfilm #1199733 from the town of Szczekociny, Poland. Through my extensive online search I was finally directed to Familysearch.org, Matrykuła 1826-1884, which might include the document I am looking for. However, the digitized version is not available to view online, and I’ve reached out to the local Family Search office here in New York but have yet to receive a response. I'm at a loss as to how to continue my search...can anyone provide some advice or point me in the right direction? Thank you all!😁

@MartaStrekowski , the film #1199733 shows as being available to view at Family History Centers. However, at this time the Family History Center Portal is unavailable for critical maintenance and updates. This is a temporary situation. We expect that when access is restored FamilySearch will notify the public via the FamilySearch blog.
You may still be able to receive a digital photocopy of the specific record you are seeking. The Help Center article at the link below describes the free virtual consultations and free records look-up services that are being provided by Family History Library Staff in Salt Lake City: Public access to limited access collections in family history centers • FamilySearch
The look-up request would probably require a specific image number from the film, but the virtual consultation would give you 20 minutes with a researcher who might be able to help.
We hope you'll find success in your search!
