Thank you for providing the link to the records details page for the christening record of Mary Ann Burkmar. As you have pointed out, when we click on the image thumbnail, we see the message "The information on this record came from a group of images. To view the image of this record, you will need to look through several images." And when we then click "browse the film" the images do not include data from 1823.
Under the image thumbnail on the details page, you'll see the line "Document Information" which you can click on to open up to see more about where the indexed information came from. In this case, several film numbers are listed, and we can expect that different date ranges are included in the different films.
To check this, go to familysearch.org, click on Search->Catalog, and enter the digital folder number 8003459 after clicking on "Search for: film/fiche number." This takes us to the catalog details for the collection Parish registers of St. Mary Magdalene's Church, Bermondsey, 1747-1901. Scrolling down the page to the film/digital notes for this collection shows us that the St. Mary, baptisms, marriages and burials 1821-1824 are found on film #254554. When we click on the camera icon for that line we do find the images for 1823 beginning at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSFH-WS8V-K?i=202&cat=376405
The Help Center article found at this link: https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-search-the-catalog-for-records explains the catalog search process. We hope you'll continue to enjoy using FamilySearch and have great success in your research.
