The count of search results is wrong and FS won't export 100 records at once

I am experiencing a problem with Exporting the results of Search Records after the maintenance that was performed the night of 27 June. When I run a search for a person that generates multiple pages of results, I have selected "display 100 records per page", but the results line says: 1-73 of 573 Results (it should say 1-100 and display 100 records) and when I Export the results to an Excel spreadsheet, it does indeed export only 73 records. If I change the setting to "display 50 results", it offers me 40, and if I change it to 20, it offers me 16. I cannot tell if I am not getting all the records or if the Total is wrong, but it is not exporting 100 records per page like it did before Sunday night's maintenance.

I have tried this in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on a Windows 10 PC.

Each page *should* display 100 records and the results line at the top should say "1-100 of 573 results".

Is this the right place to report bugs like this?

We see the download of 1-74 and the next page showing 101. We checked using the 20 button which shows 1-16 and end with Isabella Liddle. The next page starts with Margaret Liddle as no 21. When going to showing 50 records you get 1-40 but in looking at Isabella and Margaret they follow each other so no records are missing if you download the different pages in spite of the strange numbering.

We are getting mixed messages from moderators / employees on the best place to post problems at the moment. Yes, we were given the understanding that "Q and A" had the intended use of dealing with straightforward questions and "Ideas" (as you imply) for dealing with system problems / bugs.

However, some of your colleagues have advised that FamilySearch is concentrating its resources on "Q and A" and implied it might be more worthwhile to post any problems here, rater than at "Ideas".

I think many of us are speculating - perhaps completely without justification - that "Ideas" is being "run-down" before its complete demise. I'm sure participants would be grateful for an unambiguous update regarding exactly what-we-should-be-posting-where, at this present time.
