I got the following today:
The fan on this computer does run at a high speed a lot. Is it really going to overheat? Can I do anything to fix it?
Either one should be able to make the call..
Am I putting these in the wrong place? Should I be posting under Q&A - Family History Center?

Were you aware that there two (x2), general/generic, 'Groups', in the 'Groups' Section, of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, specifically relating to "Family History Centres"?
IF, you have responsibility for, a "Family History Centre", of the Church; THEN, you may "Request" to "Join" (one; or, both) those 'Groups', depending on the location of your "Family History Centre".
Those 'Groups' contain, a wealth, of both, "Resources"; and, those with Experience in "Family History Centres", willing to help/assist.

@RA Baker2 Thanks for the info. I tried vacuuming / blowing out the vents and am not sure it helped. It is an intermittent problem. When I first turned it on this morning, the fan wound up right away, but after a few minutes settled down. I turned it off and cleaned the vents. When I turned it back on, it worked fine until 15 or 20 minutes in. Then the fan raced for about 1.5 minutes and settled down again. ?????
Per your link, does the call have to be made by THE Stake Technology Specialist or can an assistant STS make the call?
