Here are 2 training articles that might help. Often times you need to clear your browser or make sure the one you are using is compatible. I prefer to clear the temp files and deleting cookies first before going to extremes. That usually works. If not, come back and get more advice!
You could also try this link and have it reset your FamilySearch cookies.
Another thing you can do is make sure your browser is up to date. If you leave your computer on most of the time it can help to turn it off for a few minutes then try again.
If all else fails try a different browser. Sometimes they just glitch due to some changes in them or in FamilySearch that will be fixed within a day or so then you can go back to your preferred browser!
