Requesting that a microfilm be digitised. Can this be posted in Q &A, and if so in Search?

Help Center article How do I request that a microfilm be digitized?

If you don't want to use Phone/Live chat as the contact method, if you post in Q and A , will your request receive attention from someone who will act on your request? If so, is Search the correct category?

    Hello Maureen,

I am sure you can post your question in Q&A "Search", and someone will see it and move it to the right category, or act on your request.

There are many of us who are willing to help you in anything you might have a question in.

So, don't hesitate to ask. If you want to find any similar questions, you can post your topic in the search bar, the one with the magnifying glass.

Be sure to check out the quicktips in the homepage of Community which will get you started and exploring.

Happy researching and all the best

    Elder Lim
