Why can't I get to the web indexing page using Microsoft Edge?

Hi Melvin. What kind of response do you get when you try? I just brought up the Web Indexing page and then a batch on my Windows 10 laptop. I don’t use Edge extensively, but it is my backup browser to Chrome, which I mainly use. I’ve never had any problems with any FamilySearch components on Edge.
Another thought on this, Melvin. If you’ve been using Edge for a long time to do indexing, maybe it’s time to do some browser housekeeping = clear cache and cookies on your Microsoft Edge browser
Delete cache and cookies in the new Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.

Super! I’m really happy to hear that, Melvin.

Another thing you might do regularly is go to this link and clear FamilySearch only cookies. familysearch.org/cookies. Click accept then go back into FamilySearch. I have found this solves a lot of quirky and access issues in Indexing.
