Another guest had the same complaint! There may very well be a little glitch today!

I have been having the same problem for the past two (or three) days! Please fix the problem. This pretty much leaves up dead in the water and waste of time.

Yes---when working through a long list of sources, why do some of them "disappear" after linked or rejected, and others keep appearing even tough all connections and attachments have bene made? Annoying, because you keep checking that source and everything is already done. No way to tell which sources are already attached .

This is an old, old problem.

These "Unfinished Attachments" messages occur when a contributor has attached sources to profiles in their Private People tree space, but left some names on the sources not attached. Only that contributor can fix the problem but the contributor may have passed.

The work-around is to Dismiss those messages. Both the web interface and the mobile app support this. Here is how it works:

    Dismiss Unfinished Attachment

If you dismiss the unfinished attachment, it is removed for all users. However, you can review the attachments for all sources attached to a person by clicking the source's title, and then clicking Review Attachments.
