The clerk uses ditto marks or "do" except in the Grantee column on entries 6, 12, 15, 29, and 36. (Also on 17 and 25 but those are not grantees, and will be marked blank anyway.) Do you think I should treat 6,12,15, 29 & 36 as if they had ditto marks?

Hi Lisa. Effectively, yes. But I think of that type of construction (I.e. leaving space) as an “implied” vertical bracket - indicating that those Grantors are all grouped and linked to the same transaction and Grantee(s). If there is one. I’ve drawn an example (vertical bracket) of what I mean on a screenshot of the first occurrence of that blank space construction. That spacing serves to set off the associated parties and that transaction from the rest.

Thanks, John! I have seen a lot of the brackets on similar batches. Thank you for all your time and help!
