Help to find an uncle

Hi im needing help in finding where abouts of my twin uncle David Thomas Harris uncle born 12th June 1926 , was placed into the fountains hospital tooting grove for the mentally Incapacitated. He may be deceased by now but i am unable to find a death. If he is still alive he would be 95 years old by now. As far as i know he was placed into fountains hospital 1939. Mothers name is Elsie J Harris and fathers name is Thomas Harris. Any help would be great fully appreciated. My mother (his sister) is 83yrs old now and would like to know what has happened to him before she passes on herself.

There is a contact us at this site where you may be able to locate records of your uncle's stay there, and if he passed before they closed, you may be able to locate where he was buried.
