Learning Center needs to much easier to find and use. I suggest if you really like the change the change to the Help Center (I don't) that you place a link to the Learning Center under the Search tab below the Wiki link.

Actually feedback is challenging. How will I know you will receive this feedback?

Thank you for your suggestion on how you find the site not user friendly for yourself. This is constantly being improved and is still having changes made, your comment will certainly be taken on board and feedback on this matter will certainly come back to you, please look at the envelope in the right hand corner by your profile picture for messages.

In the Community, there is a link for Ideas. This is the best place to provide feedback on enhancements or changes to make FamilySearch or the Communities better.
