Submission rejected
I think I was submitting a group of birth records for Virginia for Index Analysis and when I got it all done, (took me a couple of days) it rejected it. I don't think there was any change in my totals at all but maybe as I don't pay attention to that. I went to resubmit and couldn't find it. I didn't write down the batch number but in the body of the record, under the name was written 3 colored girls with no mothers, but slave owners about 1857-1859.

Thank you for indexing. We are sorry that your batch was rejected. This can often be because there are blank data entries or some entries are no marked blank. Don't worry as it will be submitted at some point.
To delete blank entries after you have indexed all of the available records on the image, delete any extra or unused entries in the data entry area.
- On the indexing toolbar, click the icon for Delete Entries. (the Bin)
- In the Delete Entries pop-up window, indicate whether to delete only the current entry or all blank entries.
- Click Delete.

We've had some trouble with our internet and I think they are working on it Friday morning. I have not had any trouble since that time but lost a half day of entries that afternoon. About 80 marriage records. Ugh!
