Indexing Sub Groups

Our ward is having an indexing youth challenge, it would be great if I could, as the admin, put people with FS accounts into subgroups without needing them to "click to join" or sending invites. I have people with accounts that don't have a contact name that is in the correct format to send invites. IE, they have commas in their contact name and I can't use their contact name.

    Hm ...

    As an aside ...

I dearly hope, that the "Indexing" CHALLENGE, for the Youth of your Ward, is NOT promoting "Quantity".

[ In any, way; shape; or, form ... ]

    "Indexing" is NOT about "Quantity".

    "Indexing" is about QUALITY.

Rather than having an "Indexing" CHALLENGE, for the Youth of your Ward, why not have an "Indexing" Workshop (even, one 'On-Line') about QUALITY in "indexing"; and, prompting such.

    I am sorry ...

Too MANY Ward/Branches/Stakes/Districts seem to just want to have/hold, "Competitions"; or, "Challenges", in regard to "Indexing", focusing on "Quantity"; instead of, simply promoting QUALITY.

    Just my thoughts.

    Brett

ps: I would rather see (LESS) "Indexed" Records that were of Good QUALITY, rather than simply a lot of "Indexed" Records that are of POOR Quality.
