My access to the church service email has been stopped
In trying to log into my church service email account, (my_kalamazoo@familyhistorymail.org). I am unable to get in. I called Global Service and they have no record of me having an account.
What do I do at this point?

Dear Sister Charlene Miller, we replicated your user name and you have had an active membership account with FamilySearch since December 19, 2012.
We replicated the email address my_kalamazoo@familyhistorymail.org) and it shows that this is your Heritage account.
May we recommend that you contact My Heritage their phone number is Customer service: 1 (800) 987-9000
Thank you for the work you are doing in Family Tree and within My Heritage we wish you much success.

If you call them again and give them your username they should then be able to locate your account. You could also try to recover your account using your username and the "forgot password" function.
You may also be able to recover your account using your Church Membership Number

Thank you for your suggestions. I did call the Global Service Center. The customer service person said I didn't have an account. (initially I couldn't get in and wanted to change my password).
I have an email from her saying I don't have a church service email account. I have contacted my stake clerk, asking him to change my calling to "Stake Temple and Family History Consultant--Family History Center" or whatever is in the dropdown list he can choose as to what my calling is called.
So far he hasn't done that.
I don't understand the answer about it being my "MyHeritage" account. That isn't my user id for My Heritage.
