I wonder if someone can help me understand what I need to do, or what I have done wrong. The record is LW5D-BDN. There are two research helps on this record which, when I click on them and choose review and attach. The information has already been attached to all the records, yet the help remains. What can I do to get it so those no longer appear in the research help?

I think I just figured it out. The source document was attached to a different parent of the same name.

You are seeing hints about records already attached to profiles because there are duplicate profiles. See the 2 sets of parents here: GZVL-J93.
If you agree the profiles are duplicates, merge them and all will be well.
