Montana voter registration batch MSK9 RQL

Tthe 1st indexer should have marked the 2nd image no extractable data., as it is the same. I don't how to fix this. So I have returned the batch.

    For future reference, when the second image is exactly the same as the first (another photograph of the same document), then you would mark it as a Duplicate Image, not No Ext. Data. Next time, don't submit it so quickly so that people here can help you learn how to deal with this situation. People love to help others with indexing.

    To change it from NED to Duplicate, you'd go back to Step 1.
