Hi James
All family search information is kept on our servers, there is nothing stored on your computer. That's the good news meaning nothing has been lost and nothing needs to be restored. All you have to do is log into your family search account. It does appear that you may have two accounts. If you don't remember your usernames and passwords, they you can go through the account recovering process located here
If you do have two accounts that is no problem. You can choose to keep both accounts. If you want to delete one of the accounts, you can do that. Just be aware of what you will lose. Family Search accounts can not be merged. Here is how to delete an account.
Good luck in getting back to Family Search.

Hi James your tree will always be on family search.
Sign into familysearch.org. Your tree will automatically be there for you.
If you have forgotten your passwords follow SylviaSteny1 answer.

Welcome to the FamilySearch community. Thank you for the time you spend asking questions
May we recommend the following steps.
1. Recovering a forgotten username or resetting a forgotten password to sign into FamilySearch.org FamilySearch does not keep a record of patron’s passwords due to privacy security. (Passwords must be at least 8 characters with at least one letter and one number.)
You can recover a forgotten username or reset a forgotten password for your account using whichever option is directly linked to your account:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your email address
Steps (website)
- In the upper right corner of the FamilySearch website, click Sign In.
- Do one of the following, depending on whether you have forgotten your username only, your password only, or both:
- Username only: Click username beneath the Password field.
- Password only: Click password beneath the Password field.
- Both: Click username beneath the Password field. Then, on the next screen, click the checkbox I do not remember my password.
- Select a recovery method based on information you provided during registration.
- Mobile: Enter your mobile number. A verification code goes to that number. Enter the verification code into the provided field, and click Continue.
- Email: Enter your email address. An email with all of the usernames associated with that email account comes to you. Open the email, and click the username that you want to use.
- What happens next depends on whether you indicated that you forgot:
- Username only: The sign-in page reappears, with your username automatically filled in. You can now enter your password, and sign in. Or if you find that you also forgot your password, click password to reset your password.
- Password only: The option to reset your password appears.
- Both: The option to reset your password appears. Your username appears on the screen.
- If you need to reset your password, do this:
- Enter a new password.
- Verify the new password.
- Click Reset.

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
FIRSTLY ...
As an aside ...
It appears that you may have TWO (x2) "Contact Names", namely:
(1) James StanleyJackson1
... [ from which this post was posted ... ]
and
(2) James StanleyJackson
IF, that is the case; THEN, do you have TWO (x2) DIFFERENT 'FamilySearch' Accounts?
As, that might complicate things ...
IF, you do have TWO (x2) DIFFERENT 'FamilySearch' Accounts; THEN, it may be preferable to have the TWO (x2) 'FamilySearch' Accounts "Merged" into ONE by 'FamilySearch'.
Just a thought.
IF, not; THEN, I apologise; and, please disregard, this FIRST part.
Now ...
That said ...
SECONDLY ...
Further to; and, apart from, what has ALREADY been proffered by others ...
IF, and WHEN, you get access to your 'FamilySearch' Account; and, THEN, be able to access your "Ancestral" Lines in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' ...
I feel somewhat, that you are ALSO 'Asking', whether or not, you will be able to "Download" your "Ancestral" Lines FROM "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' - onto you NEW Computer.
Question: Is that the case?
IF, such is the case, that you would like to "Download", your "Ancestral" Lines, "Directly" FROM "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch', onto your NEW Computer; THEN, unfortunately, there is NO option in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' to "Download" (or, even "Print"), your ENTIRE "Ancestral" Lines - you will NOT be able to do that.
But ...
That said ...
DO NOT despair ...
There is an alternative ...
The best option for "Downloading" your "Ancestral" Lines from "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' is to use one of the "Third Party" Applications (being one of the "Family Tree Management" programmes) that is "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
The "Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' can be found in the "Solutions Gallery" of 'FamilySearch'.
Here is a direct link to the "Solutions Gallery" of 'FamilySearch':
https://partners.familysearch.org/solutionsgallery/s/
And, here is the direct link to the "Family Tree Management programmes" themselves:
https://partners.familysearch.org/solutionsgallery/s/list?category=family_tree_management
"Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' include, BOTH, 'On-Line' "Websites" (eg. "Ancestry_com"; or "MyHeritage_com"; or, the like); and/or, 'standalone' personal (computer) programmes ("Ancestral Quest"; or, the like).
Some of the "Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' have, BOTH, a Basic FREE version; and/or, a Premium PAID (ie. "Subscription") version, the latter just having more 'Bells and Whistles'. The Basic FREE version is sufficient for most, the average, User/Patron. Whereas, the Premium PAID (ie. "Subscription") version is the choice of most experienced and 'power' Users/Patrons.
You can use ONE or MORE than one, of the the "Third Party" Applications, the choice is yours.
Most of the "Third Party" Applications that are "Certified" to work with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' that are "Family Tree Management programmes, have INTERFACES that work/connect (directly) with "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch' that can, "Download"; and, "Upload" (ie. "Transfer) between the "Third Party" Application and "Family Tree".
I hope that this, extra bit of information, ALSO helps, somewhat.
Good Luck.
Brett
