How can I get a person turned into unconfidential from confidential?

Apparently, I can't share the temple ordinances with the system, because the person in question is tagged as living or confidential. He is not living so. ergo, he must have ben confidentialized. How do I unconfidentialize him?

I am unable to see the person on FamilySearch. Make sure that there is a date for death (or that it's marked deceased).

Beyond that, I would contact FamilySearch. They should be able to get the issue resolved.

He is posted as dead and even has a Findagrave reference and link and added Cemetery data on his profile.

Probably an "agreement" due to location. He was born in Syria. All his children are also dead. His parents were born and died in Syria during WWII, due to starvation caused by the war. They are beyond the 150 year "rule". His wife is not listed as confidential. he passed on in the 1950s. So, I can just unreserve him and see what happens.
