What to do when the proposed type of indexing is the wrong one?

I have an Italian batch

M3Q5-49H

that is labeled Matrimoni (marriage), but contains birth certificate and the indexing fields has no choice of the type of document.

What is the right action: return or mark as nothing to index?

(beside notifying the mix-up like I'm doing?)

In step one, choose No, No Extractable Data for each image. Then submit the batch.

From the Field Help for "Should this image be indexed?"

• If the image does not have the type of information indexed in this project or if all the names on the image are completely unreadable due to poor image quality, select No, No Extractable Data.
