Are court records "index-able"?

I'm indexing "Kiribati—Vital Records" and the first batch is all court records and criminal files. Cool information, but no birth information is even listed. Project instructions say it's focusing on vital records, but that non-vitals should still be indexed. Should I still click "Yes, they should be indexed"?

Project Instructions:

  • Records that are outside of the project date range should still be indexed.
  • Index all birth, marriage, death, and burial records.
  • This project consists of birth, marriage, and death registers from Kiribati.

    Dear Angela,

According to the Project Instructions, which you so kindly attached, you would mark the records that are Court Records and Criminal Files as "No Extractable Data" because they are not birth, marriage, death or burial records.
