Batch won’t open and I can’t return.

I have 2 batches that will not open and I can’t return them. The program keeps giving me an error message.

UK, England, Essex—Nonconformist Church Records, 1613–1971 [Part C][MSVM-Y2T]

UK, England, Middlesex—Parish Registers, 1539–1988 [Part A][MSXQ-MKS]

    I can open both of them.

    You can let them expire and they will disappear then. I know that's not much help.

    @ShultzEileenLouise1 When the program is not working it is sometimes helpful to clear cookies and temp files and if that doesn't clear it up then you could change browsers. The two articles below will explain how to do that. Best of luck.
