Reviewed batches not counted
Periodically, when I review a batch of records, Family Search fails to add them to my totals. For example, on 1 June I reviewed MSTX-T8V (3 records) and MSTX-NGN (3 records), neither of which were added to my reviewing totals. Just now, 5 June, I reviewed MSTX-NGQ (4 records), which was not added to my totals. These are not the only occasions on which this has happened, but they are instances when I can point to specific batches that were omitted from my totals. This seems to occur only for batches reviewed. To date, I have not encountered it with batches I have indexed. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Does anyone know why this occurs? Can it be remedied?

The only answer that I can suggest is to clear your cache and delete your cookies and restart your computer. Sometimes a different browser will help. Yes, the totals will sometimes lag - especially on a Sunday when there are many people indexing from around the world, but I truly do not know why it would be just the Review totals that it is affecting. Hopefully some of the suggestions will help. I truly wish you well.

I can't find an official answer to this question. It's happened to me very many times, but I've been told that eventually the glitch is fixed and the totals update correctly. Heather, do you have any more information on this topic?

Am gratified to learn I am not the only one experiencing this problem. LIkewise, I have been told that batches are never lost and that "eventually" totals will be updated. In the past, I have seen totals updated overnight, particularly if a batch was submitted late in the day or during a busy indexing time. More recently, however, the uncounted batches have remained uncounted to the end of the month. it has been suggested that clearing my cache or using a different browser might help.
