It would be really great is you shared your batch so we can see what you are seeing. To share a batch: copy and paste the title and the batch code from the top of the screen, or click on the third icon from the right and copy and paste the link, or just type the batch code in a comment. The batch code is the series of numbers and letters between brackets. Here are examples of a batch I pulled up that happens to have a listing from my town in Ohio. The link is easiest because you just have to click on it. The batch code can be used by clicking on the wheel next to "My Batches" and then enter the code.

Batch code: M3WV-FQ7
Project Title with Batch Code: US—City and Business Directories, 1749–1990 [Part C][M3WV-FQ7]
On this page I will be indexing the 1st three entries directory place as Pisgah, Butler, Ohio per the instructions in the field help: Separate geographical levels of locality, from smallest to largest, with a comma.
Then I will index the names of individuals from Plain City, Madison, Ohio and so on.
