I was attempting to index Virginis Births, but there were only four entries, not 40 as indicated.

The only way I can see to complete the batch is to go into each entry 5 - 40 and do a Ctrl-B in each blank. Is there another way to change the number of entries to 4 instead of 40?

Use the trash can icon on your toolbar (upper left) to delete all blank entries.
